Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas

• Dust all accessible surfaces

• Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures

• Make beds with existing linen (washing linens will incur extra time)

• Vacuum and steam mop floors

• Pick up clothes off floor, fold, and place on a chair

• Take out garbage and recycling.

Bathrooms

• Dust all accessible surfaces

• Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures

• Wipe door handles and light switches

• Wipe down all tile walls

• Wash and sanitize the toilet, shower, bathtub, and sink

• Vacuum, or sweep and mop floor surfaces

• Empty sink and load dishwasher with dirty dishes (may incur extra time)

• Wash cabinet faces and appliances

• Clean inside and outside of the microwave

• Dust and wipe clean countertops surfaces including tiles or backsplash

• Wipe down the stove, outside oven and outside the fridge

• Sweep, clean and steam mop all floor surfaces

• Take out garbage and recycling
